Because for me, getting dressed is also a form of expression.

Mi arte no es solo lo que pinto.
Es la forma en la que vivo.
No lo dejo en el lienzo.
Lo llevo conmigo.
Se refleja en cómo me visto,
en las piezas que elijo,
en lo que decido habitar todos los días.

Lo llevo a mi vestimenta
Soy pintora, pero mi trabajo no se queda en la pintura.
Lo extiendo a mi ropa.
A piezas que cuentan historias.
A lo imperfecto que tiene sentimiento.
Cada prenda que comparto en MARALOVE
tiene intención. Intención que en un momento tuvo una emoción.
No busco que todo sea perfecto.
Busco que se sienta.
Porque para mí, vestirse también es una forma de expresión.

There is something intimate about seeing a piece where it truly belongs.
The images we created yesterday, within our home,
are part of a new chapter Ileana and I are preparing to share.
A closer look—
at textures, at details, at the quiet presence each piece holds.
We chose to photograph them in the spaces we live in,
surrounded by the objects that shape our everyday,
so you could feel them as they are… not staged, but lived.
Because these pieces don’t begin when you wear them.
They arrive with a story already in motion.

they don’t just belong to you—
they become part of your space, your rhythm, your world.
